As the regular season for football has come to an end and the champions for volleyball have been crowned, we have our final player of the week performers for football and volleyball. Week 9 players of the week have two very familiar faces in Terica Chambers, Volleyball Defensive Player of the Week, and Vonta Bentley, Football Defensive Player of the Week, as well as two first time recipients. Senior Caitlyn Roland represents the Lady Rams of Ramsay as the Week 9 Volleyball Offensive Player of the Week and Jayden Sanders, junior quarterback from Wenonah, is our Week 9 Football Offensive Player of the Week.
Week 10 BCS Player of the Week only include football, as no BCS sister school competed in volleyball last week, and both recipients are from the Mustangs. Junior defensive lineman Jacorrian Wrenn is our final 2018 football defensive player of the week registering 11 stops, including 3 tackles for loss to help the Mustangs keep Parker scoreless. Senior running back David Robertson is the BCS Football Offensive Player of the Week leading a powerful ground game that pushed the Mustangs to their first ever undefeated season!!!
