Ramsay High School is AHSAA 2019 Outdoor Track State Runner-Up

Records fell during the 2019 AHSAA Outdoor Track and Field Championship in Gulf Shores, Alabama last week as the Ramsay Rams boys and girls finished the season as State-Runner Up! Both the Lady Rams 4×100 Meter Relay (46.99) and 4×400 Meter Relay (3:59.89) teams had record breaking performances, to lead the way for the Rams along with 5A Girl 100 Meter Hurdles champion Zhevyn Jones. The Boys 4×400 Meter Relay (3:24.78) finished 1st to lead the boys. Two other BCS scholar-athletes won champions as well in Gulf Shores. Parker High School’s JeKovan Rhetta won the Boys 5A 100 Meter Dash, and Woodlawn’s Breanna Brown set the 5A Girls High Jump Record (5-10.5) and won the Triple Jump  as well.
